Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account before the next billing date.

Wholesale & trade accounts

Wholesale pricing tiers apply per order as shown on our Wholesale page. Bespoke multi-pallet or white label terms are agreed separately in writing.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, beyond what's required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
