Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order for a full refund.

Food items

Because our beans are a sealed food product, we're unable to accept returns once a bag has been opened, for hygiene and food-safety reasons - this doesn't affect your right to a refund if the product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, contact us within 14 days at info@mancitalia.co.uk with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date; already-dispatched orders are not refundable once shipped.

Wholesale orders

Bulk and pallet orders are subject to the terms agreed at the point of order; please contact us directly to discuss any issue with a trade order.
